Salon was nice, located inside the WTC building so I had a little trouble finding initally. Upon entrance there was a queue of 3 persons but no-one at the desk to help - this remained the case for a while but quickly everyone was seen as the beauty technican entered.
Sissy was friendly and made me feel at ease.
Treatment wasn't so painful and was done fairly quickly.
